Winter Weather Policy

The Elsie Public Library will be closed on those days that the Ovid-Elsie Area Schools are closed due to bad weather and road conditions. Any daily and weekly materials that fall due on a day that we close because of the weather will be due on our next open day. Any other materials that fall due on a day that we close because of the weather will be renewed for one week.
