Who We Are
Elsie Public Library, located at 145 W. Main St. in the Village of Elsie, provides free services to all residents living within the library district, which includes the Village of Elsie, Duplain Township, Chapin Township, Fairfield Township, Elba Township, Greenbush Township, Clinton County, Saginaw County and Shiawassee County.
What We Offer
Books & Kindle e-Readers
Adult and children's fiction, non-fiction. If the Elsie Public Library doesn't have the materials you need they will make every attempt to borrow them through inter-library loan.

Kindle eReaders are now available to check out (with contract) at the library. If you have any requests, please contact us.
Magazines
There are many diverse magazine selections both online and physical copies. These magazines cover sports, automobiles, hunting, science, women's issues, crafts, health, and current events. Magazines may also be taken out using Libby (Overdrive). If you need assistance please contact the library.
DVDs & Music CDs
The Elsie Public Library has many of the current DVD Releases. There is no cost for DVD rental. Patrons may take up to 4 per week. There are over 2,500 DVDs to choose from.

Audio materials are accessible for those who would rather listen to audio books, or music. If the library does not have the audio available every attempt will be made to get them.
Additional Services
We also clean CDs and DVD's with our disk cleaner for $1 per disk.
​We have WiFi services, as well as, printing and faxing.
​
Computers are available for patrons to use.
